DataSoft's  joint venture partner  Groupcare was awarded for Best IT Use 2005 at the yearly SoftExpo 2005 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Groupcare was awarded under the Special Award Category titled "Outsourcing Project" as a buyer of outsourcing service from DataSoft.

 The judges attached importance to the high quality in the services of the new Groupcare .NET version, as well as the impact it made in the IT industry in Bangladesh and the impact of the services provided by DataSoft on the existing 500,000 client base in Denmark.

Ronny Mathiasen and David Eliasen from Groupcare received the award from Mr Altaf Hossain, Minister of Commerce on 30th of November 2005.
