Mahboob Zaman, Managing Director and Mohammad Z. H. Lashkar -Technology Director and Mohammad Mahfuzur Rahman – Senior Consultant joined the GITEX Expo program 2011 UAE.
The event was to be held from 9th October 2011 - 13th October 2011 at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, UAE. Mr. Mahboob Zaman & Mr. Lashkar will remain in UAE till the 20th of October to strengthen our Joint venture establishment : DataSoft Arabia LLC.
On 16-06-2010 Honorable Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina formally announced in the National Parliament that a group of Bangladeshi researcher and professionals under the leadership of Dr. Maqsudul Alam has successfully decoded the Genome Sequencing of Jute. DataSoft Systems Bangladesh limited is proud to be a part of this historical achievement.
The key to success for this project was the tripartite combination of industry, academia, and government research organizations. The successful collaboration opened up the possibility of future ventures for scientific endeavors in Bangladesh. The brightest minds of our country from Dhaka University, DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited, and Bangladesh Jute Research Institute (BJRI) formed the core research group under the banner of Swapno Jatra Project.
Along with the Swapno Jatra Project DataSoft will showcase it’s other achievements such as introducing the DataSoft focus areas. In addition, some milestone projects will also be highlighted such as, The Chittagong Customhouse Automation Project, Chittagong Port Terminal Management System Automation, MRA (Microcredit Regulatory Authority) automation; Expertise of implementing Temenos T24 banking software, Mobile based application development in many financial institutions in home & abroad.
