Dhaka, January 03, 2009 – The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited held on January 02, 2009 at Brac Center, Rajendrapur. The AGM presided by Mahboob Zaman, Managing Director of DataSoft. Company’s Directors and other 36 senior executives also attended the meeting. Mr. M. Manjur Mahmud, COO & Director and Mrs. Dil Afroz Begum, Director (HR & Admin) gave presentation on behalf of their department. The title of this year AGM was “Optimum Orchestration of Opportunities". The main agenda of the AGM was to setup a Benchmark for the company, identify the focus area and formulate the future strategy. The agenda also covered the company's profit and loss statement, scope of HR improvement etc. The detailed Minutes of Meeting (MoM) is available to company's HR department.
