Dhaka, August 07, 2010 – Mercantile Bank Limited signed Contract Agreement with DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited to Supply, Customization, Installation and Commissioning of Centralized Real Time Online Banking System by TEMENOS T24 Core Banking System.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Dewan Mujibur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO of Mercantile Bank Limited and Mr. Mahboob Zaman, Managing Director of DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited
The signing ceremony between the Bank and DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited was presided by the honorable Chairman of Mercantile Bank Limited, Mr. Md. Abdul Jalil M.P, Bank’s Vice Chairman Mr. M. Amanullah, Director Mr. Golam Faruk Ahmed, Director Mr. M S Ahsan, Director Alhajj Akram Hossain (Humayun), Director Mr. A K M Shaheed Reza, Director Alhajj Mosharref Hossain, Honorable Sponsor Mr. Md. Abdul Hannan and Former Director Mr. M A Khan Belal.
Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Abdul Jalil Chowdhury of Mercantile Bank Limited and Dil Afroz Begum, Director HR, Finance and Administration, M Manjur Mahmud, Director & COO of DataSoft Systems Bangladesh Limited and other High Officials of DataSoft were present at the signing ceremony.
